Project #1
465 Garafraxa Street West, Fergus
This Fergus property sits within the Fergus Urban Centre. It will accommodate 22 habitat families units and 10 market units through affordable stacked townhomes.
Project #2
317 Speedvale Avenue East, Guelph
This site will be redeveloped to accommodate 38 habitat family units and 28 affordable market units, along with ground-floor commercial space. The residential portion of the site will consist of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.
